Shipping + Processing
In-House Shipping: All shipping is handled in-house. I strive to process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Postal Service Disclaimer: Once your package has been shipped, I am not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.
Shipping Methods
I use various shipping methods based on the products ordered. Common methods include Media Mail, First Class, and Flat Rate shipping. Some orders may be shipped via Priority Mail depending on weight and size.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an insufficient address, unpaid duties, or other issues, a refund will be issued for the purchase minus any return shipping costs.

Shipping is currently available within the United States of America only.
Pricing + Payments
Pricing: The prices charged for products are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
Payment Agreement: By purchasing an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy; and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy and complete the check-out payment process.
Returns + Refunds
All items are final sale. If you receive any damaged items, please reach out to brettmakesthings@gmail.com for further instructions. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
